Woofstock 2012
August 4, 2012 -- Annual Pet Adoption & Music Festival
Come play on the grass! Over thirty rescue groups from around Washington State will have companion animals of every shape and size, available for adoption: dogs, cats, and ferrets. Adopt a new family member, while enjoying the local musicians, food, shopping and activities.
Why: Thousands of animals sit in shelters and in rescue groups' foster homes waiting to go to a permanent home with people who will love them forever
Think adoption first!
Woofstock has placed over 400 animals in past events.
When: Saturday, August 4, 2012 10am – 3pm
Where: University of Puget Sound ~ Todd Field
1500 N. Warner Street, Tacoma, WA 98416
Who: Rescue and adoption groups from all around the state will join pet related businesses and non-profits, along with great local musicians for a day of adoptions, music, shopping and fun for the whole family.
