Tell me about the Dugan Foundation?
Dugan Foundation is an all volunteer organization, founded on the principle that there is no reason to kill a companion animal for population control. We do, therefore, everything in our power to assist existing non-profit organizations to shelter, adopt, and care for homeless companion animals. We also work to ensure all of our programs have an educational component to allow people to learn what it takes to make Washington State a no-kill community.
